- Malkin Construction converted an existing warehouse to commercial office space in this 25,000-square-foot gut renovation.
- The project included all new HVAC and electrical systems, a glass and metal curtain wall system, new windows and roofing. New entrances include ADA handicap ramps and staircases. Additional site work includes asphalt and site lighting.
