Malkin Construction Corp. was founded in 1987 as an affiliate of Malkin Properties. Wholly owned by its Co-Chairman, Peter L. Malkin, and its Co-Chairman, Anthony E. Malkin, and founded by Lawrence A. Wien and Peter L. Malkin in 1965, Malkin Properties, Malkin Construction and its affiliates represent one family as owners, builders, developers, operators, acquirers, financiers, and fiduciaries for investment partners and financial institutions involved with owning, building and renovating real estate. Through cycles and amidst competition, Malkin family members and construction professionals have earned a position of leadership in the industry.

Drawing upon the Malkin family experience, Malkin Construction provides a unique understanding of the needs of clients, tenants, owners, architects, building managers and marketing agents and saves time and expense through skillful project management.
